How does usage-based pricing work?
You pay a base platform fee for your tier, plus usage fees based on actual consumption across our five usage dimensions (Care, Revenue, Intelligence, Compliance, API). This means you only pay for what you use, and costs scale naturally with your organization. Each tier includes generous allowances — most small practices stay well within the Starter plan limits.
What is included in the base platform fee?
The base fee covers your platform tier access, included module allowances, support level, and a baseline of API requests and ORIS queries. Usage-based charges only apply when you exceed the included allowances. You will never be billed for features your tier does not include.
Can I switch tiers?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your tier at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Our team will help you find the right tier for your usage patterns.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Starter and Professional plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to all plan features. No credit card is required to start. Enterprise plans offer a structured 90-day pilot program — see our Programs section below for details.
